• Trim & evaluate cast identifiably land marks. Choose proper shade needed from Rx.
• Construct custom trays or bite blocks. for jaw relations. Sometimes face bow. Plaster to articulator
• Carve artificial teeth to fit within occlusion. apply separators.
• Prepare wax bite-blocks .
• Process dentures, or partial with frame work. by trial packing or by hydrocolliod . Acrylic stayplate by salt & pepper technique. with pressure pot.
• Fit appliance to duplicate cast. Finish with course stone, burrs, pumice rag wheel. High shine polish.
• Reline dentures, partials & stayplates. Repairs.
• Vacuum form hard soft night guards. bleach trays etc.
• Block out undercuts for over denture posts, Hadar bars, ball clasp & wire clasps at height of contour.
