32 year employee with ODRC. certified in smith & wesson 37, glock 40, glock 9 mm and remington 870 shotgun. OC certification. PR-24 instructor. Sections Chief training in Critical incident management. cultural diversity training. CPR. Trauma induced care training. The first 16 years of my career were spent working at Ohio's only hospital accredited mental health facility. I was the Rules Infraction Board chairman in 2014 and assisted in the investigation and prosecution of drug conveyance, assaults and one manslaughter. Officer of the year 1998. Employee of the year 3 times in 32 years.
