I work hands on with customers providing customer service and fitting them for suits. As well as keeping inventory and making sure the store is in order.

• I am in a leadership position as a leader I go into the field like a rep and make sales but I also have people under me that I have to teach things like the business model and the different methods to sell and progress

• I am responsibly for what is called reseting the entire store removing certain items from shelves
• Putting new items there moving almost everything around get the pricing and labeling correct removing and adding shelves
• All the things that make the store feel nice and new every night.

• I picked all the facets of the job within my first month and could run the front by myself
