Costco Tire Installer
For my first three months of starting off as a regular employee in the tire shop of Costco Wholesales, I worked with taking off and mounting tires, helping with customer service, sales audit, receiving and ordering inventory check. After my three months, Administrator noticed my dedication, fast learning experience, and overall my 100% work ethic. Management gave me the opportunity to step up the ladder of becoming a supervisor, cooperating with training new and current workers in the shop. As I was picking up my role in becoming a tire installer Supervisor, my full responsibility takes place in supervising all techs in the shop, managing the shop, making sure all procedures are being done correctly and in a timely manner. For almost a full year of being a supervisor, I was given the opportunity to cross train in all departments of Costco Wholesales involving: (Manufacturing, Stocking, Optical, Sales Rep with jewelry and technology, and all warehouse departments except Pharmacy) as a assistant manager.
