Developed AF level curriculum designed to teach senior enlisted students advanced leadership techniques and current guidelines mandated by DoD
Spearheaded the first Air Force Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion curriculum for all levels of management to keep compliant with current regulations
Provided extensive advisory assistance of the most difficult and complex nature in human relations, command climate, diversity, equity, and inclusion and culture
Continually reviewed and analyzed laws, regulations, and policies to ensure training programs remain current and in-line with operations
Advised the Commandant of the senior academy on the oversight and direction of the institute's DE&I training programs
Responsible for all aspects of planning, managing, and delivering instruction in support of the Academy’s goals and stakeholder training requirements.
