As ironworker general foreman I installed rebar for the above projects along with my day to day duties

• Scheduled work assignments, monitored progress, and provided feedback to crew members.
• Assisted with troubleshooting issues on-site with other trades or contractors.
• Ordered materials for the job sites as needed and tracked inventory levels.
• Trained new employees on proper installation techniques and safety protocols.
• Signaled crane operators in safe and accurate lifting and placing of reinforcing iron members and moved rebars manually into specific positions.
• Studied and understood blueprints and specifications before beginning work on projects.

I worked for II In One contractors for 10 years as a laborer and 5 years as a labor foreman. I worked as an apprentice Ironworker for 3 and was promoted to general foreman during my 2nd year of apprentiship
