As a Training Project Specialists I am responsible for presenting and instructing New Hires on the basics of their position at Wolfspeed’s and general procedures to make their transition smooth and fun. We provide information on general items as schedule requirements, clocking in using Kronos and the safety measures and warning across the manufacturing floor. We also discuss the certifications structure of operating machines through out the campus. I am responsible for the Certification of operators and the machines they use by keeping the information in our Data base and the recertification's when they need to be updated.
We cover basic training on the programs we use, Kronos (Time Clock). MES (Manufacturing Execution System), CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System and EtQ (Excellence through Quality) document data base. We support the On the Job Trainers and managers with any new update or change to the listed procedures per area. I oversee the Wafering department.
We support and store all the documents and certifications for the operators.
Primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs, exceeding their expectations, and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience. This requires being responsible for the bookkeeping, accounting functions, and the overall operation of the accounting office. May be assigned to be the on-duty floor monitor, customer service clerk, cashier, and/or bagger when appropriate.

Home Medical Support
Implement client and supporting vendors on the RCash software platform. Manage operational solutions, including training and deployments, vendor oversight, client/vendor support, problem-solving, and client services. Retain accountability for the overall success of the client and supplier deployment of the RCash solution.
● Attend client deployments supporting business workflow definitions, vendor deployment, and training planning.
● Manage scheduled tasks for clients to complete software solution deployment, respond to the application and environmental support requests through Yardi Payscan and utilize the program in training users, and serve as the company representative to manage complaints and grievances.
● Coordinate between P2P, VendorShield, and Development teams to ensure the constant development and improvement of the product.
● Research and troubleshoot supplier issues associated with utilizing or managing the product before escalation. ● Perform required maintenance of client configuration, and support the client and vendors after go-live events.
Provided Level I and II environmental and technical support to Yardi Systems SaaS customers while serving on the 24x7x365 Cloud Services team. Supported the Yardi Cloud and liaised with customer contacts and internal teams to ensure requests were actioned and technical issues were resolved on time.
