Summary
I am a process technician that has experience dealing with a variety of different machines, I process to make adjustments for flashing of production parts, along with adjustments to prevent the shorting of parts. I also check to ensure that the right materials are being used for production, as well as the correct temperature, velocity, and pressure are utilized. As a set-up technician, I install the molds into the machines in order to prepare for production, as well as remove the molds from the machine after the order is done.
