- Consulting with construction engineering leads, and firms to develop cost and labor efficient projects using site specific E/I constructability insights, NEC electrical codes, Marathon electrical standards & specifications, and engineering field walk support.
- Develop E/I cost estimates for project lead DSP budgets.
- Review construction work packages, build level-5, P6 E/I plans and logic tie with the other crafts CWP's to develop a comprehensive work flow.
- When projects enter the execution stage I give technical, trouble shooting and scheduling support to ensure projects run smoothly.
- I recently developed and implemented a tracking system for Mills to monitor and track P6 per task line items, forecasting posable labor overruns giving them time to mitigate pro-actively instead of re-actively, enhancing their performance factor.
- Prior to joining the Marathon construction planning team in 2019 I was working in the field as a Mills project foreman running crews at the Anacortes Marathon site for 5 years.
