  • Strategic planning within a large organization, which includes but is not limited to data collection, planning, implementing new initiatives, and training faculty and staff to meet long-term and short-term goals.
  • Leading and participating in teams that used collaboration and data to make institutional changes.
  • Used and sharpened immediate and creative problem-solving skills to help thousands of students succeed in secondary education.
  • Supervised over 100 people at a time, including highly trained professional educators, teaching assistants, custodians, and secretarial staff.
  • Managed and organized supplies and supply acquisition systems.
  • Evaluate and develop over 250 new professionals in the profession.
  • Created and implemented large systems for gathering data, such as graduation requirements, student data, and teacher certifications.
  • Planned and implemented large-scale events for over 3,000 participants and guests.
  • Managed the daily operations of a school with over 1,400 students and over 100 teachers.
  • Expert key control (outgoing and incoming) replacing as needed.
  • In 11 years, I graduated over 3,300 students with their high school diploma, with a 98% graduation rate each year.
  • In 2013, in efforts to keep students and staff safe, students were expected to wear IDs. This became a time-eater at schedule pick-up. I directed our school picture provider to start pre-printing IDs for next year in the spring, which saved us time and money. Example: 1,400 IDs - ($4,200).
  • Covid challenged me to learn new programs to oversee student progress and achievements. Examples: Edgenuity and Canvas.
