Work History

Manager, Projects and Technology

CF Industries Holdings Inc.
04.2025 - 10.2025
  • Corporate engineering oversight role for a $350M portfolio of carbon capture and sequestration projects in the US and Canada and development of chemical process technology enhancements.
  • Established and rolled out a repeatable project for EPCIC baseline development and management with in-house and contract project personnel.
  • Performed a deep dive on prior project variation orders and utilized the data to maximize risk mitigation achieved via an existing technical bid evaluation process for long-lead equipment.
  • Developed a low-cost and low-risk brownfield process modification which served as an alternative for a full plant expansion project.

Senior Project Manager

Worley
09.2023 - 04.2025
  • The duration of this role I led, developed, and integrated engineering, construction, and commissioning personnel for all production platform modifications for the Dover Subsea Tieback Project. Engineering-procured materials exceeded 60,000 individual components for this scope. Over 125 individuals supported the engineering of this project within Worley alone.
  • Developed and deployed an advanced work packaging process and guided the team to harmonize engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. This result enabled the project to execute over 100,000 hours of offshore construction and commissioning activities without safety incidents or impacting production operations on Appomattox.
  • Our team achieved an 8% quarter-over-quarter improvement in project delivery key performance indicators after a 50% increase in my first quarter responsible for the Dover and Rydberg projects resulting in the authorization of additional projects despite overarching capital expenditure reductions.
  • Developing a team focus on building trust amongst individuals and organizations, change management, technical rigor, digital tool utilization, procurement process improvement, and open communication resulted in the Shell Dover project topsides scope being delivered within 5% of the engineering and procurement estimate presented at the final investment decision.
  • Rigorously planned and deployed value-added processes to manage technical, contractual, and logistical challenges across engineering, construction, testing, installation, commissioning, and final operations acceptance of complex equipment.

Project Manager

Worley
07.2022 - 09.2023
  • Developed a multi-year asset management program for Shell Perdido, delivered the program, and successfully transferred the program to a subsequent program manager.
  • Engineering and Procurement scope included compression and gas separation system debottlenecking, turbine control system upgrades, DCS upgrades, FEED studies for major structural modifications, and implementation of novel process modifications to support drilling operations.
  • The Perdido program grew to and remained 50% of the total project value within a portfolio consisting of five assets. This was achieved by consistently delivering quality projects as committed. A primary enabler of this was result was focus on deep and authentic integration with vendors, construction, commissioning, and operations personnel on the asset.

Senior Project Engineer

Worley
05.2022 - 07.2023
  • Technically and Commercially assessed a multi-year project backlog and ongoing projects that had stagnated.
  • Established and documented a path forward, established a core project team of eight individuals, and began execution of the program.
  • Developed a scheduling method within Worley which was promptly rolled out to the entire Shell Portfolio held by the office.

Project Engineer (Engineer III)

Entergy Operations, Inc.
02.2020 - 05.2022
  • Led FEL 1 to 60% Execution for a fast-track Emerson Ovation Upgrade for a 1100 MW steam turbine with TIC >50MM. Due to rigorous team development, stakeholder engagement, procurement process development, and rigorous advance work planning, there were no significant changes to the project design basis after FEL 3. The system was returned to service within the target refueling outage.
  • Partnered with the necessary stakeholders to swiftly implement revised contract language prior to major material procurement. The language defining rework, errors, and omissions. These revisions supported a paradigm shift in the manner in which engineering was progressed on projects of this magnitude.

Engineering Manager

H2O, Inc.
12.2015 - 04.2020
  • Maintained P&L responsibility for the engineered projects division while supporting the growth of standard products and service divisions of the global organization. Our core responsibility was delivering bespoke equipment via a global supply base while fulfilling highly varied project, client, and location-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Led the department to support ≈3x growth in engineered product division revenue with a 50% increase in department personnel through customer relationship development, internal process improvements, including digital tool implementation, contracting and
procurement strategy modification, and by driving cultural change.
  • Maintained 100% retention of engineering department personnel during my time in the role.
  • Led the company-wide conversion from ISO 9001:2009 to the 2015 version of the standard while increasing use of the system by streamlining processes and increasing training.

Project Engineer

H2O, Inc.
06.2014 - 12.2015
  • Drove optimization of sub-systems within H2O's standard product offerings while maintaining system reliability.
  • Developed a standardized design approach for all stages of capital project development.
  • Authored risk assessments and method statements and directed site operations personnel to perform full-scale tests on large-scale electrochemical systems at Fujairah Asia Power Company FAPCO F2 facility, resulting in a 5.4 MW (approximately 45%) reduction in system power requirements while still satisfying system design basis requirements.
  • On behalf of Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, led a detailed owner's evaluation of the hypochlorite
generator and associated utilities on site at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant for Units 1, 2, and 3. This evaluation resulted in system reliability and a confidential reduction in system power requirements.
