In my time with Dave & Buster's, I have had the privilege of wearing many different hats. Fresh out of MIT, I stepped in to take over the bar and fix a previously challenging cost center. When I moved to Des Moines, I was the Senior and Bar manager until I took over as the AGM. While down a KM, I got hands on experience assisting in running the kitchen from scheduling to ordering and inventory. Being a part of a NSO was a great learning opportunity with a focus on structure, organization, time management and becoming extremely detailed oriented.
