  • Led the DEMO/Reuse for MFP00007 in the Mold Module
  • Worked with all 4 shifts and engineering to ensure checklists, Trans documents, and ECUDLS were filled out correctly
  • My actions led to a successful DEMO/ Reuse of this toolset
  • Recognized by engineering for his great support all year round in Mold and has been recognized by MTs and MEOSs
  • Always provides mentoring and leadership to both new and experienced engineers as well as technicians in MOL
  • Trains MTs to perform level 1.5 tasks in Epoxy and MOLD
  • Provides advice and next steps to on shift MEOSs, tool owners, and engineers when issues occur
  • Developed a new conversion procedure for 95mm LFHA
  • The current procedure had been causing strips to be damaged intermittently
  • Worked with MTEO and the new procedure added a 0.4mm gap to the width during conversion
  • To date no 95mm strips have been damaged due to conversion setup with new procedure.
