I have also Volunteered at Lenox Bakers Children's Hospital in Durham, North Carolina. I volunteered there for a short period of time but the knowledge and experience I gained from being in that atmosphere I will truly never forget. I also worked an Internship at Bench Mark Physical Therapy in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I received over 300 hours working alongside the Physical Therapist there. I was also able to learn about the difference between being in a clinical setting versus being in a hospital setting. I am truly grateful for each experience. I have learned a great deal of skills dealing with communication, patient care, organization, and just overall knowledge about the career field of being a Physical Therapist.
