Operator Technician
2 Years- Monitor, fix, report and repair machine when down, product is finished its process and at the start of the production process. Also, report all incidents, including near miss, slips, trips, falls and unsafe conditions. For continuous production weld wire stem to wire stem to near payoff so when empty wire can transfer without stopping production. When the wire breaks, the line stops, I diagnose the situation when and why. I then report the incident systematically to show why downtime. And start performing the corrective action to fix the problem. When done report systematically that production is back running. Label each reel of wire with footage, type and location of wire for inventory. Move each wire stem and reel of wire with forklift.
