This job requires a strong process engineering capabilities, excellent multi discipline integration capabilities to lead a team of 15 engineers to identify , realize new green field development portfolio opportunities, surface infrastructural development /brown field modification and also provide operational support for the optimal operation of the existing facilities. It aims at reducing cost of projects by a minimum of 10% yearly.

Responsibilities:

• Frontend engineering development which involves Maturation of opportunities from identification to Execution and commissioning phase.
• Develop feasibility and concept studies.
• Performed process systems design which involves Process system modelling & simulation (UNISIM & PIPESIM) ,production system optimization and detailed process engineering deliverable.
• Safety and environmental studies ( system protection e.g. relief & blowdown, emissions reduction studies).
• Providing HSE input, guidance and monitoring from frontend to execution phase of projects to ensure compliance and improvements in HSE (This including systems, behaviors and culture),
• Supporting development of project execution/commissioning plans (PEPs), cost estimates and schedules.
• Providing input to Business plan for Surface and subsurface team.
• Continuous process improvement targeted at eliminating waste, and improving efficiency
  

This job requires a strong process design engineering capabilities to deliver the Process Engineering aspects of detailed design packages and follow on engineering through execution and commissioning for the Assa North Gas Project. This involves design of 300MMscfd and 20Mbpd Plant with a 300MMscfd process treatment plant to deliver Gas primarily to Domestic users and Nigerian LNG Plant . Major Units include Gas Dehydration (TEG Contactor), hydrocarbon dew pointing and Condensate Stabilization with associated gas recompression Compression.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Process system modelling & simulation (UNISIM & PIPESIM) , and production system optimization.
• Design of process systems – both frontend engineering ( conceptual engineering) and detailed engineering design which includes development design packages involving drawings (PFS/UFS, PEFS/UEFS cause & effect matrix, PSFS), data sheets, philosophies, memoranda, equipment & line sizing, other process calculations and sizing (RV, RO, etc.).
• Develop safety and environmental studies ( system protection e.g. relief & blowdown, emissions reduction studies).
• Support and manage external design Contractors by review of deliverables to ensure compliances to agreed standards. Also integrate design contractor activities and deliverables with in-house design team deliverables.
• Participation in inter-discipline reviews and workshops such as design & model reviews, HAZOP, SIL (IPF) Classification and constructability workshops.

This Position requires excellent multi discipline integration capabilities to identify and realize onshore/offshore infill development portfolio opportunities and surface infrastructural development / modification for new & closed in Oil & gas wells -. Total annual budget - Capital =$50million annually.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation Scope of work/Basis for Design for infill development portfolio where delivery against extremely tight schedules and resources is critical success factor.
• Ensure all infill development business and commercial decision for are risk based
• Review and providing input to facilities process check reports.
• Participation in inter-discipline studies/reviews as follows: Design Reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, SIF (IPF) Classification, Layout Studies, Constructability Reviews, Value Engineering, process facilities adequacy check reports, identify uncertainties throughout frontend and execution phase of projects and manage continuous change in prioritization sub-surface requirements and project scope.
• Working closely with Offshore WRM (Wells and Reservoir Management) Cluster Leads, other assets WRM Teams, multiple disciplines, and manage numerous interfaces and conflicts.
• Providing HSE input, guidance and monitoring from frontend to execution phase of projects to ensure compliance and improvements in HSE (including systems, behaviors and culture), including implementation of BSP-12-MS and BSP HSE-MS requirements and to assume responsibilities for applicable standards requirements.
• Supporting preparation of project execution/commissioning plans (PEPs), cost estimates and schedules.
• Supporting conceptual and detailed designs, both in-house & design consultants.
• Supporting procurement of materials.
• Providing input to Business plan for Offshore CIW activities.
• Providing support/input for shutdown planning & coordination, construction activities, commissioning & handover activities and project close-out.
• Supporting project staff, provide coaching and overseeing the development of GFEs and citizen staff, where identified.

This job requires a strong process engineering capabilities to deliver the Process Engineering aspects of FEED (Project Specification) and detailed design packages for the following projects:

• Gbaran Ubie Phase 2 Project - Increasing from 2X525Mmscfd TEG Gas dehydration trains to 2X600MMscfd trains and addition of 600Mmscfd train to handle additional gas to Nigeria LNG Plant in Bonny.
• Assa North-Ohaji South Gas Plant – design of 1000Mmscfd and 120Mbpd Plant with a 350Mmscfd Domestic Gas dewpointing plant to deliver Gas to both Nigerian LNG Plant and Domestic Users. Major Units include Gas Dehydration (TEG Contactor), Condensate Stabilization (Using stabilization column), JT-LTS Plant, Compression and Hot Oil System
• Associated Gas Solutions Phases 1 & 2 Project- Design of compressor stations for HP, LP &SV associated gases as feed to power plants and NLNG- A drive to commercialize flared associated gases and meet the National zero flare policy.
• Soku Condensate Spiking Project- Spiking of condensate into high pressure NLNG gas line to eliminate illegal condensate bunkering.
• Ughelli-Utorogu NAG pipeline system project- 14Km Ughelli –Utorogu NAG flow line, bulk line and sales gas return line

Responsibilities:

• Establish process systems design of both Frontend Engineering (or Basic Engineering) and Detailed Engineering Design which includes preparation design Packages involving drawings (PFS/UFS, PEFS/UEFS Cause & Effect Matrix, PSFS)/Datasheets, philosophies, memoranda, equipment & line sizing, other process calculations/sizing (RV, RO, etc.).
• Safety and Environmental Studies (protection systems e.g. relief & blowdown, emissions reduction studies, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL (IPF) classification workshops, layout studies, constructability reviews, quantitative risk assessment (QRA), FIREPRAN).

• Setup Hydrocarbon Field Planning Tool (HFPT) Lunch/End user training.
• Set up data requirement for yearly maintenance/update of surface models. Assist initial aftercare of HFPT
• • Perform facilities review which involves process system modelling & simulation (UNISIM & PIPESIM) , and production system optimization (well fluid characterization, pipelines, gas plants and gathering networks).
