. i started here as a car wash person for the company, and my job was simply to detail and wash any repaired car that came through the garage.

• after a year i was promoted to parts manager. Collaborated with service technicians to identify necessary parts for repairs, minimizing downtime.
• I would sometimes go pick up parts from vendors that could not be delivered in a timely manner. this ensured we got the car fixed on time and guaranteed customer status.
• I was in charge of keeping up with data and updating it. this data consisted of parts that have been ordered or to be ordered. it also consisted of parts that where delivered or ETAs of those to be delivered.
• The next morning during our meeting i show the data to the managers and technician so they know when the parts for cars to repaired will get here and can update the customers.
