  • Responsible for maintaining a tight-knit group of 8-10 individuals focused on a variety of daily activities which included scheduled deployments and daily service call support.
  • Organized the team via daily planning, scheduling and coordination meetings. Monitored daily progress via Motorola radio system and participated in the overall field delivery effort.
  • Ordered frequent daily updates and changes to delivery schedules based on priority and severity of incoming support calls.
  • After selling the company, remained available on a retainer (1990-1995) to provide consultation and support to new owner/operators.
