Worked on renovations and additions, both commercial and residential, as part of a small crew. Handled most trades in-house, everything from site work and forming foundations to painting and finish carpentry. Notable projects included rehabilitating a stone house built c. 1820 and extending the eave side of a country store to accommodate more foot traffic.
Took on small jobs like window and door replacement, flooring installation, re-roofing, interior demolition, drywall finishing, and deck building. Primarily worked alone but coordinated with helpers and other tradespeople when necessary.
Worked on renovations and additions, as well as a handful of new construction builds, in the Seacoast NH/Southern Maine area.
