Dave Hamlin

2016- present: Owner/operator of Hamlin's Hammer. Hamlin's Hammer is a sole proprietorship, General Contracting business, licensed, bonded and insured in Washington State performing general construction, handy man and window washing services. Hamlin's Hammer did not have any employees. As owner/operator I managed all day-to-day operations including consulting with customers, designing projects, preparing bids, preparing material takeoffs, coordinating work schedule and submitting billing.

2012-2016: Job-site foreman for Hardline Construction- Excavation contractor

My duties included:

• Managed day-to-day business operations.
• Oversaw daily operations, ensuring all tasks were completed accurately and efficiently by team members.
• Operated heavy equipment, laborer, occasional dump truck driver.
• Hired trained, and managed a high-performing team of employees dedicated to achieving company goals.

2008-2012: Sammamish Plateau Water & Sewer District- I worked on the water operations crew.

Duties included:

• Public water system installation, maintenance & inspection.
• obtained class A CDL.
• occasional dump truck driving & heavy equipment operation.
