As the Digital Deployment Lead for the Long Beach Field Office. I partner with the two Digital FBP leads from each side of the Field Office to keep them aligned with the Field Office and National priorities related to all areas of digital. I also work with CET digital leads in each of the business units, providing monthly updates, recaps, and any other resources needed for their monthly market or Coop meetings. As the digital lead and PMO consultant, some of my responsibilities are:
Sending monthly recaps to the Field Office leadership and ops staff. Besides just using the generated scorecards, I provide Business Unit rankings for other key KPIs, and I provide areas of focus needed for each BU.
Communicates monthly on the 3D club, while also communicating the top five for the Field Office in each category.
Partnered with Field Office CET to develop the 2025 Digital Plan.
Communicates all deployment-related initiatives to Arizona operators.

I worked with operators across the Field Office to develop content.
Lead a team that developed the Digital Reboot Workshop for the Field Office.
