Help teach Clinical Pastoral Education Classes to students nationally and internationally in weekly 4 hour sessions in 4-5 twelve week courses

Teach and evaluate the use of Chaplain skills

Meet with individual students one-on-one in interviews and provide supervision, feedback, training, and clinical assessments

Go over students' case studies and other presented required materials with them in detail, making observations, giving suggestions, teaching core principles and answering questions

Build relationships of trust in group and private individual conversations

Participate in annual graduation exercises and ceremonies
