As a District Manager with the Handleman Company, I lead a team of 15 Sales Reps throughout southern Ohio, Eastern Kentucky, and West Virginia. Each Sales Rep generated over $1,000,000 in sales. As a Supervisor with the same company working in the distribution facility in Indianapolis Indiana, I was named Automated Distribution Supervisor of the Year in 2000 for managing a department of 30 employees shipping over 100K compact discs per week to retail chains throughout the US. The Handleman Company, at the height of the compact disc era generated $1.4 billion in annual sales.
