ZONE 1

• Replaced and rebuilt RB motors, rollers, belts, drives, proxes, lasers; TC idler and drive wheels; EL wheel assemblies
• Performed belt timing on lift tables in production break downs (192RB18)
• Replaced chain and master links on locking stations.
• Worked on and with E- Shuttles
• Have taken part in 3 car retrievals from the EC and PT tanks
• Pulled pumps to check for debris/ swap out. Several occasions in Zone 6.
• Rebuilt/Replaced butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, and compensator's
• Minor electrical troubleshooting (tested for blown fuses)
• Taken part in welding repairs on RB's and TT's .
• Filled in for STM's as needed for shift coverage

ZONE 2

• Rebuilt Regulators (Binks) ; 3D guns
• Replaced air lines ; sealer lines ; corrugated tubing and collars
• Replaced Rex Roth axis motor axis 4-5 and belt ,setting tension and being apart of motor remaster.
• Worked on lift assist. programmed remotes
• Replaced cooling units on Electrical cabinets, Replaced condenser fans on ATC-S.
• Replaced Booster pumps , as well as pm's where i replaced throat seal oil.
• Assisted in blower motor Replacement, Wiesaupt burners and igniter rod and cable replacement .
• Replaced wiper seals on magna drums in sealer pump room.
• Filled in for STM's as needed for shift coverage

ZONE 3

• Worked in dry scrubber
• Rebuilt and replaced pinch valves,replaced gear boxes, shafts and bearings .
• PM's , pin's and stoppers
• Changed out Atomizers
• Apart of flange packet change out and fiber optics cable.
• Been responsible all Air houses on 21m for 6 shutdowns.

ZONE 4

• Replaced lights out in POW
• Replaced solvent pump and lines in spot 4
• Learned the work tanks and how to keep at a optimal levels
• Replaced air cylinder and brackets in wax basin.
• Filled for STM's as needed for shift coverage.

• Performed daily safety checks on robots and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Programmed robots with instructions for various tasks using teach pendants and other tools.
• Worked with DURR and Fannuc systems
• Used 3D onsite and brush tables
• Performed tip changes and ball and seat changes for robots

• Conducted regular inspections of all machines and identified potential problems before they occurred.
