Manage maintenance and supply functions to include planning, scheduling and coordination of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance by assigning work to lead mechanics, mechanics and personnel. Support rotation and operations group Division during RSOI and Regeneration. Familiar with GCSS-A operations as they pertain to fleet management, accurate maintenance tracking, material movement, inventory, and maintenance man-hour reporting.
  • Coordinate and report accountability and location of all personnel and equipment. Interface with the primary customer and all stakeholders, to include government representatives, to ensure accuracy of reporting and all maintenance records. Maintain records management using company policy, parent contractor policies and U.S. Army Maintenance procedures I.E 10-20-30 standards and preventive maintenance schedule sheets, work load planning scheduling, vehicle tracking, time management in accordance with the Maintenance Allocation chart, and maintenance hours reporting. Ensure a low rework/rejection rate by professionally developing employees to deliver quality work on equipment in accordance with the technical manuals. Work as the alternate PLL supervisor and oversee the shop in accordance with DA PAM710-2 and supporting regulations. Additional responsibilities: property book officer, tool room supervisor, Calibration Coordinator, HAZMAT (Hazardous Material) and Safety Officer. Assign responsibilities, supervise, manage productivity, and ensure adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, contractual compliance regulations and company policies. Supervise all property book inventories and operations; maintain accountability of all assigned government property. Attend meetings, provide briefings, and submit reports to senior management as required. Oversee Estimated Cost of Damage reporting to ensure lead personnel complete the process in a timely manner and all stakeholders are apprised of the status. Assist with supervision on the Drivers training program, load testing, prime quality assurance reporting and quality control deliverables. Coordinate with site manager, vendors, suppliers and managers on all warranty issues and cross leveling of assets. Always ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing on-time fleet maintenance and delivering the best return for the customer’s investment.   • As an NCO during the 135 combat missions performed an Iraq, I was in charge of squad level operations and soldiers. For the first six months of the point I was a 50 Cal gunner for the convoy commander for the final four months I perform the duties of a truck commander. I was responsible for pre-and post combat checks for all my soldiers. Before every mission I personally believe my soldiers about the rules of engagement and escalation of force along with any intelligence briefings they should be aware of. Upon leaving the compound while in Iraq I had a recipe already and was the first line supervisor who made decisions in regards to who went into our custody, turning of fire and the request for air support and medical evacuation. I routinely detained in surgeons and when necessary escorted them back to the compound and turn them over to for processing. I am in various metals to include an Army commendation medal, good conduct medal and calling from high command including one from the Command Sergeant Major overseeing all operations and Iraq, for excellence in combat for my actions in a particular engagement.

  • As an EMT I am directly responsible for patient care in emergency situations ranging from mild to acute medical and trauma. I drove code 32 emergency scene and to the hospital during ALS calls. I am familiar with all county and local protocols and hold a current CPR and EMT certification. In El Centro we range from 6 to 12 calls a shift. 75% are from 911 dispatch because of this being a border town. I gained valuable experience in the field of EMS I enjoy helping people which makes my job extremely enjoyable. I have first responded on many locations where we were the first unit on scene for a period of time and had multiple patients ranging from routine too cute both medical and trauma.

  • On this deployment I worked and was partnered with the US border patrol agents and assumed Federal Law Enforcement duties under the direct supervision of a U.S. Border Patrol Agent and worked mostly on the entry identification team. Together we patrolled the southwest border between El Centro Sector and the Yuma Sector. My duties included being placed out in the desert with an M9 pistol, radio and thermals to detect illegal activity and entry into the United States. I was given arrest authority by the federal government and routinely assisted the border patrol with the apprehension of individuals who were violating the law by crossing the US border illegally. As a squad leader I was given various missions to complete, given a squad of six troops I was there first line supervisor. I also was directly responsible for the welfare of my soldiers. I briefed my soldiers every morning on safety protocols, tasks and procedures. I wrote formal evaluations on my soldiers and regularly wrote recommendations for promotion and when necessary counsel my soldiers on disciplinary matters. My squad always completed our assigned task before our deadline. I received soldier of the month numerous times and received a California commendation medal for saving a civilian life who was moderately injured in a car accident while on duty. The final six months on this mission I was advanced to the position of operations NCO where I was a liaison between the border patrol in the army. I scheduled work and supervise the work to complete the mission at hand.
