  • Performs duties as a Senior Drill Sergeant in a Basic Combat Training Company; training over 60 Initial Entry Soldiers in a 22-week cycle; responsible for the accountability, professional development, supervision, and evaluation of three Drill Sergeants.
  • Led two cycles of Platoons in achieving the highest academic and physical scores within the Troop for the training cycle, resulting in each Platoon achieving Honor Platoon. Graduated new Soldiers at a success rate of 90%.
  • Selected over peers in achieving the Drill Sergeant of the Quarter recognition and placed into a Senior Drill position as an E-6.
  • Dedication to the mission and mentorship to subordinates and peers, resulted in being recognized as the Drill Sergeant of the cycle.
  • Supervised 10 personnel in a mounted Cavalry Troop, capable of deploying to conduct decisive actions.
  • Responsible for their training, counseling, mentorship, professional development, and welfare. Leveraged composite risk management principles to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
  • Maintained serviceability and accountability of three High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles and other support equipment with a value in excess of $5,400,000.
  • Supervised a Team conducting security operations in Afghanistan.
  • Mentored two Soldiers to attend the Squadron promotion board, resulting in both being selected for promotion.
  • Instrumental in the deployment and redeployment of 20 vehicles and three containers to the Kingdom of Thailand.
