- Developed and implemented the process and established the standard procedure for counter Unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) to provide a capability to address the most ubiquitous emerging threat to Navy ships and personnel.
- Led coordination between USCG, NCIS, NYPD Counterterrorism, FBI's JTTF and 15 Navy elements to provide comprehensive security for 14 ships and screening for 56,000 guests on guided tours across five boroughs for 2018 Fleet Week New York.
- Designed and implemented enhanced security training and readiness criteria, including an advanced Antiterrorism spot check program, increased IED training, and expanded readiness assessments which improved personnel proficiency across the strike group.

- As Administrative Officer, led five officers and 18 enlisted personnel in the execution of all command administrative and personnel functions for 347 members while deployed to multiple locations. This included the planning and organization of awards boards, separation boards, advancement boards and reenlistment's, and the management of personnel rotation between three standing and 12 transient detachment locations while managing a $5.2M travel budget. - As Deployment Coordinator, led the squadron department heads in managing the command through completion of 270 unit and 30 individual pre-deployment readiness requirements for 347 personnel.
- As Commander Task Group 32 (CTG-32) Operations Officer, he managed the execution 13 coordinated anti-submarine warfare sorties with a 93 percent mission completion rate.
- As squadron antiterrorism officer, coordinated the annual force protection (FP) stand-down, FP training for mission commanders, and annual counterintelligence briefs for all hands.
