I started at the bottom of the line started making wire kits by cutting the wires stripping and crippling connectors on them I just have like 6 months and I got moved over to the production line where we take a kit bring out from the warehouse and we take separate everything out and then we start putting it in to get into the chassis which would be the bottom you know that holds everything in and we build it from scratch to completed and we sent it down to QC and if there was anything wrong they would send it back and would have to fix it so like if it was you bracket and had the boards inside of you rack and we had to put the boards in and put the big board in and then put the three small boards in and then screw it down to the chassis with the number eight nut and then we would have for the chamber in with May the ozone which was already done by somebody else and then we wire it all up and make sure it working right as far as we can tell up there and then we send it down to QC and he double checks it and makes all the wires are right and all the nuts and screws are tight and then everything's good he sends it on his way if not he's sending it back to us and we have to fix it I've also worked in shipping helping the chipper box the units up when they were ready to go out the door and I hope they're off and on for 4 years but my main job of manufacturing
I started at the very bottom and work my way up in the 10 years that I was there I started it was making ozone generator lights and then moved moved up to the second part of the job which was getting parts off the shelf installing them in the chassis just like you get something off the shelf and you put on your table you separate it and then you just make those ozone unit you can get the boards and the wires and the ozone generator and then you go to them you can send it over to the QC and I did that for like 3 years then they moved me up to cabinets and there was anywhere from 18 18 in to 5 ft tall and we do the same thing just took the parts that they gave us make sure everything was there and then install them into the cabinets and what they were done we'd send them over to QC I also did a lot to do with the buy Island I just like 70 units for the buy Island back in the day when there was buying everything they could to make the island and I did that for the rest of my time there I started at the very bottom and I work my way up to the top of the line I ran it takes man crew and I probably would still be there but they went out of business.
When I say we get put into the chassis that would be the bottom or the back of it that would be hooked on the wall or it's heading the floor and they would have a door cover on it and we had to label you know the labeling on the whatever we built you know about it what it was a cd500 or 2250 or CD 1200 and just a number that we used and so when I say we touch the parts and put them in the unit that's what I'm talking about
