I plan sales, make schedules that allow us to hit our required labor percentage, count and maintain inventory, hire and train new employees, train future assistant and general managers for other stores, travel to train newly opened stores, practice food safety and teach the importance of it, handle money as well as make change orders, understand and teach best practices to maintain a good P&L, and solve problems and make changes to make customers to keep customers happy and coming back.

I discussed daily work requirements with crew and assigned skills-based tasks to enable completion of work. I trained employees in time management and proper ways to complete job duties. I monitored team members to verify work quality and address concerns. I pitched in to help with various job tasks, fill in for sick employees and complete projects.
