- Resolving Break Fix issues for Community Medical Center
- Installation of new work stations, Cable management, RFID Badge readers, Hp Printers, Zebra Printers, Fujitsu scanners, web cameras, Credit card Machines and Zebra/Symbol hand scanners
- Imaged windows 10 to desktop and laptops, using 0-LTI
- Managing user accounts through Active Directory
- Imaging Machines for existing employees, and repairing damaged work station and Laptops

- Performed Basic Thin Client searches using HPDM
- Setup Scan to Network Folder on work stations for Linear/HP printers.
