Worked at the Ionia CoRdComm From 1980 -2015 when retired Worked in all related road maintenance for 17 years and managed from 1997 - 2015 where I was responsible for identifying needed maintenance, of several different forms of infrastructure, job preparation, bidding costs, scheduling, and project completion I was also responsible for monitoring winter road conditions, calling in needed personnel and gave them directives on emergency response I worked on several co projects with MDOT,, numerous County road departments as well as some local DPW agencies I’ve been involved in hiring interviews and employee selection, disciplinary actions, and recommendations I was involved in law enforcement as a reserve officer (Posse) for the Ionia Co Sheriff Office for 3 years in the late 1980’s

I served as counsel member for the City of Belding in the early 1990’s where I participated in the search of 2 prior city managers, and a chief of police, as well as all the common duties that goes with that position

I have also run my own Anti Bullying foundation which I founded in 2010 and is currently operating in 53 countries around the world called AHERO where my responsibilities are management, marketing, oversight, research and development, along with education and public appearances
