I joined Synergi the beging of COVID in 2020 and they had always worked with the GC and architect and I came in and started going to the end user and getting in earlier and had great susses. I helped set-up MOU agreements with clients like Google and aloud us to get insite on future projects and better advantage wining projects.

Strategic planning and surrounding of key decision makers and opportunities. Understanding procurement hurdles, competition, and internal resources to obtain client contracts.

Expert in analyzing market conditions, cross referencing existing clients, identifying and implementing new sector strategies.

Responsible for managing client relationships, opportunity pursuit strategies and coordinate/lead all tradeshows, conferences, and social outings. My core markets are Fl, TX, CA and I fly once a month to each state and meet with clients and attend social events.

Also when I started leadership was worried about laying off people or reducing salary's do to COVID so got to gather with the CEO and few others and since we were a metal fabricator, we decided to make felid hospital beds and hands sanitizer stations and were able to keep all the staff and hire more, so was happy to be part of that.

  • Woodalls Design reached out to methe end of 2016 as they wanted to expand outside London and I moved and used my connections to get projects in other cites across Europe and aloud them to open offices in several cites. A few of my connections and clients where Amazon, HP, T-Rowe Price, JP Morgan and L'Oreal.

  • Started in Project Management, working in the field to gain experience in the industry
  • This initial role involved intense and varied learning, including 3 weeks training at the Australian headquarters
  • Following the acclimatization period, I moved into full-time business development: Researched potential contacts, to define the decision maker and locate relevant opportunities
