I joined Synergi the beging of COVID in 2020 and they had always worked with the GC and architect and I came in and started going to the end user and getting in earlier and had great susses. I helped set-up MOU agreements with clients like Google and aloud us to get insite on future projects and better advantage wining projects.

Also when I started leadership was worried about laying off people or reducing salary's do to COVID so got to gather with the CEO and few others and since we were a metal fabricator, we decided to make felid hospital beds and hands sanitizer stations and were able to keep all the staff and hire more, so was happy to be part of that.
