I am currently the only mechanic in charge of maintaining the companies diesel powered research vessels. We build one of a kind prototypes for government testing. This requires making many modifications to the boats and to the hydraulic/electrical systems onboard. I am also in charge of all purchasing and spending on the vessel side. I research, retrieve and document all purchases and labor hours necessary for these projects. Everyday is very different than the last. I am comfortable working on any mechanical, hydraulic, and or electrical system.
