Broadcast Technician
Viking Cruise Line-Viking Mississippi
- Worked directly with Cruise Director to ensure proper setup of all scheduled enrichment events.
- Worked closely with all step on entertainment to ensure their needs and requirements were met to include load in sound checks and show.
- Operated sound lights and video for all entertainment events for bands/ensembles and lectures.
- Setup backline and portable audio system as directed by Cruise Director.
- Streamed and recorded Enrichment Lectures and Cruse director talks.
- Uploaded, published and maintained VOD and lectures for guest rooms using Core software.
- Operated Black Magic switcher with PTZ cameras for live streamed and recorded events.
- Maintained Satellite feed for live TV.
- Maintained proper BGM throughout day/night and created playlist that coordinated with each cruising day theme.
- Implemented AV system using Q sys. Software to remotely implement audio, lighting and video throughout ship.
