Selected from among 150 HCPSS teachers of Algebra/Data Analysis applicants for 3 seats to pilot the professional development course, 'Using Online Algebra/Data Analysis'. Learned how to use the online content to support student success on the Algebra/Data Analysis High School Assessment. Applying strategies learned in my classes resulted in ninety-five percent of students passing the State-mandated assessments. Honored by Rutgers University with the Edward J Bloustein Award for Community Service & the Governor's Volunteer Service Award from the State of Maryland.
