Accomplishments

Went from working on assembly lines learning everything i needed to become part of the leader team to insure quality and processes of the business was being trained and done by the team members to efficiently deliver good product to customers on time. Helped with implementing 5s to keeping a clean and safe work area for the shift worked and for the next shift, making the work flow smooth and quality improvements. Went to another job and started out being a setter for machining, learning the flow and process of the company and then took on the role of being a supervisor over 3 departments, consisting of 14 team members. Developing a good work relationship with the team members and training new hires coming onboard with us.
