- Main shop operator for a Biesse Rover A 5 axis CNC router. Doing all services, Tool creation, Bit set up / swapping, Ensure programs running properly and safe, running all proper calibrations for the machine, bits and spoil boards or pods.
- Program using TpaCAD and operate Biesse ELIX, boring and dowel inserter.
- Set up run and maintenance Biesse Jade 240 Edge bander and Biesse VIET 3 head sander
- Calibrated machines to maintain required productivity levels and adherence to quality standards.
- Use all other shop equipment; Sliding Table saw, Planer, jointer, shaper, miter saws, hand routers and most hand tools to create all products to exact measurements according to blueprints.
