Install and maintain power lines for FPL system hardening, worked closely with supervisors , inspectors to ensure systems are hardened per distribution construction standards for better reliability.

Oversee UG construction hardening projects for west coast of Florida. Coordination of schedules, workloads, site meetings, switching orders and equipments for contract crews. Communicate constructions activities with engineers/designers and customers to ensure timely delivery of service.

Preformed routine maintenance and emergency repairs on substation equipment. Worked closely with architectural engineers, utility companies and inspectors to develop the layout plan for new substation builds.
