• Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean production environment. Performed ATP "adenosine triphosphate" and Allergen cleans on belts, machines, and parts of machines.
• Operates cleaning equipment and machinery to uphold hygiene standards across facilities.
• Conducts routine inspections to identify and remediate potential hazards in work areas.
• Collaborates with team members to streamline sanitation processes, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Performs titrations on chemicals so they are at safe levels for usage on cleaning machines, parts, floors, bathrooms, and food and non-food contact surfaces.
• Ensures all safety precautions are taken while performing sanitation duties as well as adhering to SSOP's, utilization of all safety gear for various tasks, and teaching understanding of general safety practices within a food manufacturing environment.

• Cleaning of the whole Circle K locations as well as merchandising. Sweeping, mopping, garbage disposal, windows, and dusting. For merchandising role; stocking, rotation (FIFO), facing, and quality control.

• Deep cleaning of the entire restaurant. Restocked as needed, dishwashing, and organization of dining room for events. Bar closed and led a team of twelve to move all equipment out of building and completed final cleaning.

• Packaging of lime and stacking onto pallets. Once stacked, transported product to warehouse via forklift. If machine went down, utilized electric jack hammers to chisel hardened lime from under storage silos, cleaning, and helping in other areas where needed.

• Ran plastic injection mold press. Deflashing of plastic products, assembly of pieces on occasion, counts, and quality control of finished products.

• Washed bands, sorting, weighing, packing, boxing, labeling, and sealing of boxes. Cleaning, weighing, stocking, and loading of tubes to be when not packaging.

I've done two semesters for Human Resource Management and one semester of Business Administration. I've only attended long enough to learn the basics, but had to allow those courses lapse due to homeschooling my children. I have an understanding of how businesses operate and laws through H.R. management courses. I am also semi proficient at Microsoft Excel through my coursework.
