  • Responsible for quality assurance of staff to include; assessing of staff needs regarding training, placement of staff within programs overseen, employee improvement planning, hiring of new employees, termination of employees. Ensuring services provided adequately, professionally and staff meeting productivity as set by agency standards. Daily and weekly staffing with employees. Oversight and determination of intake, transition of persons served within programs overseen. Ensuring all housing requirements are met through ORH and CARF requirements, while also maintaining local, state and federal regulations are met and kept. Oversight of all transportation staff, outpatient case management, housing staff and coordinating trainings needed for all new hires or established staff. Communicate with entities outside of agency to include legal or other referral sources, providers of services to include but not limited to laboratories for drug screening, mental health providers, housing authorities and local or state governments. Responsible for assessing and creating any need of housing improvements, to include but not limited to compliance of persons served within housing locations and any structural need or otherwise, while oversight of proper budgeting within housing locations to allot for purchases. Currently, oversee upwards of fifty staff members and report to CEO daily on everyday functioning of programs.
