• Construction - Fiber optics Technician : Install and repair copper/fiber optic cables in residential neighborhoods and commercial buildings. Walked projects and reviewed blueprints to insure all material was placed and ready for installation. Coordinate with engineers and contract coordinator's to get missing or damaged material replaced. Ensured projects are competed by the deadline and all testing is documented. Also ensured take home company vehicle maintenance is up to date and all tools are in working.

• U-verse Premise Technician : Installed tv and internet serve to residential and business customers. Installed wiring, cabling and networking hardware on customer premises. Read blueprints and schematics to correctly place equipment. Verified all services were working and gave customers a tutorial on how to use our service. Also upsold other AT@T products and or upgraded packages.
• Customer Service Sales : Taking incoming calls from customers inquiring about AT@T products. Provided information and explained our different products and plans. Setup customers with new accounts. Meet sales goals and provided great customer service to all customers.

• Walked projects with customers and went over scope of work, material needed and timeline of project.
• Monitor progress of projects and preformed quality control to make sure work is up to company standers.
• Communicated with customers with updates and addressed any concerns they might have.
