Professional and dependable candidate who is successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. Always eager to learn new skills while upholding the quality of my work.
As a lead inspector it is my job to inspect vehicles and to list the damages and/or alterations done to the vehicles. While using the tools given to us it is my job to uphold the quality to our companies standards and using the procedures and methods that were given to us. Working in a team as a lead inspector, great communication is needed to work efficiently while providing other members the opportunity to reach out if help is needed with the inspections. When new apprentices start it is my job as well to help the quality inspector trainer as I continue my job tasks.
My duties as a vehicle check-in clerk were to work in a team as we communicated with drivers/transporters to get the information needed to check in the vehicles into our system. Communication and teamwork were important to control the workflow coming in while being able to help the drivers/transporters get the information or help with services needed. As I felt I learned all there was to my current job task, I reached out to my higher helps so I could learn other skills to help in other tasks. These task ranged from running the photo booth and learning how to use AS400 to do restocks. As I learned and continued my jobs duties I showed interest in learning to be an inspector and went on to becoming one.
As a security officer my duties consisted of monitoring the gate/entrance of Manheim Riverside. While keeping watch of the gate/entrance I was responsible for checking every individual making sure they could enter the auction and helping the auction employees check in the vehicles that were being brought into the auction. I would mainly work by myself while keeping contact with the other securities at the auction using a walkie-talkie. My main duties besides checking in the vehicles and clearing individuals to enter, were to report anything suspicious or dangerous and defusing any individuals that were causing a disturbance to the company or employees.
As a order picker I was given lists of orders that were needed to be picked and staged in the right bay door to be checked, packed, and shipped out the following morning. My job was to correctly grab the item and its quantity and get it ready for the next step. After a short time I was taught how to use the computer and program to create packing labels and pack orders to go through UPS shipping.
Some of my current top accomplishments while working at Manheim Riverside are helping with the transformation of the lot that is now known as Industrial lot. Another one of my accomplishments would be establishing communication between myself and some of the workers at that main lot building who would help me get the information needed to check in the vehicles under the right account.
