Police Officer with over 5 years of service where I have performed aggressive patrol throughout Chicago's Southside. During my patrol, I have apprehended several hundreds of offenders for various violent and traffic related crimes. I have continued to use my background in English literature in tandem with my experience as an officer to ensure my report writing is completed to the highest degree of efficacy, which has resulted in several convictions in Cook County. Most recently I have been detailed to the Special Investigation Unit where I investigate child sex crimes as it pertains to the Internet. I follow through on these investigations by creating subpoenas, electronic and residential search warrants, background investigation, and performing surveillance using information obtained from the initial Cybertip report until the case's closing.
