In my time at Starbucks, I have learned that the only constant, is change. Whether it is the systems we use to manage the business, the data flowing into and out of those systems, or the processes and procedures that our partners use, there is always a need to update and innovate. I believe my experiences as a sr. business systems analyst, a sr. systems analyst, and a software development and support manager make me a strong candidate for the role of systems analyst sr, AR/AP. I have more than 11 years of experience using, training, testing, and troubleshooting our Oracle systems (North America and EMEA), 3+ years interacting with SAP (payroll automation), 6+ years managing a team of SQL, .Net, and HPUX programmers, and have served as a project manager on numerous system and software development projects. I thrive on being part of a leadership team and helping to make a difference in how things get done. I have also been the Technical Pillar Lead for the CFO Training Café, a member and past president of a Toastmasters club, and am a new member of the Finance Career Development Squad, and the Finance Collaboration Squad.
