  • Worked with CEO and CTO to architect operational tools that led to increases in courier efficiency, including the rollout of last-mile routing, product and fulfillment software
  • Built AxleHire operations from the ground up and achieved 98% OTD across Same Day, Next day and On-demand delivery with a fleet of 15,000+ couriers across LA, SF, PHX, SEA metro areas

  • Joined prior to public launch and became a key part of the Transportation Team responsible for successful on time delivery performance, product fulfillment, process improvement and strategic expansion into 17 markets nationally
  • Monitored Dispatch operations (inbound & outbound) to a consistent metric of 99% OTD
  • Creating SOP's such as exceptions reporting (how to split routes/ window post mortems etc), Scheduling, GSX team roles and with courier partners, Courier capacity analysis - using measurables such as cost analysis, VTO flexibility, vehicle space utilization, weekly performance stats, Third party courier performance management, Analyze operational performance metrics including dashboard analysis using Excel & Sheets, to improve on-time performance, Created and implemented processes for all new geographical locations (including on-boarding and training), this included setting up East Coast dispatching center in Pittsburgh, Managed operations in fast changing (and sometimes stressful) working business environment (store order volume from 100 'store orders' to 13,000 'store orders' on daily basis), Hiring and training new employees and third party courier dispatch teams (integration)
