Experience leader who has managed and experienced all field level positions. I've successfully led 8 different Tesla locations in 3 different states (Connecticut, New York and Las Vegas). Responsible for the launch of 3 major products (Model 3, Model Y and Solar Roof). Led the opening of 3 sites across NA (Greenwich, Meatpacking and Las Vegas East). I've participated in multiple pilots for North America (No-Co and Lead Cap). Experience in 5 different regions with 8 different regional managers. Developed/recruited numerous employees across NA from entry level to General Manager. Worked in all possible stores: SSD, SS, SD, Indoor retail only and Outdoor retail only.

- I was requested to move to Las Vegas to support a low performing store as the new SL.

- Led interviewing and recruitment of candidates who held the skills necessary to help achieve our store/regional goals.

- Successfully improved Las Vegas' productivity and performance.

- Responsible for both sales and delivery for the entire city which included 6 months of supporting service due to the service manager requesting LOA.

- Led the launch of the Model Y in Las Vegas.

- Problem solved with heat related issues specific to this location.

- Controlled store expenses, including staffing, supplies and services.

- Led in the planning, implementation and follow up of store operational tasks and projects.

- Managed, developed and promoted multiple staff members ranging from entry level to M level.

- Assisted with the launch of our new East Las Vegas location.

- Promoted to interim General Manager until health specific reasons required me to step aside from the business in 2022.

- After returning from medical leave, I led the Vegas sales team to the #1 performing store in North America (based on productivity and headcount).
