AFM (Amnesty Floor Monitor) Team: Selected to participate on a team solely focused on EWR9s Amazon Robotics and AR operations. Critical area of this role required FAST (Floor Access Safety Training) certification in order to operate on the robotics floor in the retrieval of amnesty (fallen packages or other objects), or in the resetting of faulted drives, or their removal from the floor utilizing FAST procedures and wearing issued SRBRs vest. As an AFM, also provide leadership support to ARC's (Amazon Robotics' coordinators) as leads on AR East and West, under the mezzanine, and Inbound. This involves supervising and managing associates in critical functions during shift and actively monitoring AR operations by assigning and redirecting associates to priority areas, constantly walking the areas and engaging assistance as needed, as well as, monitoring the operation of the AR through backend software applications (MHE, KPI's, MMA/SCADA).
