I work for client State Farm Insurance. I work on a hands and feet team with th e following duties:

1. Deploy and load both virtual and physical windows.

2. Remove WIndows servers physical and virtual, Linux servers, Network hardware, Virtual and physical appliances, San devices

and other hardware.

3 Work with server type owners to get details needed for loading servers.

4. Attend other team’s meetings to keep up to date on what is going on in the organization.

5. Work with other hands and feet team members to collaborate to resolve issues.

Over 35 years I worked in various areas within Systems.

1 Deployment and removal of WIndows servers, physical and virtual.

2 Removal of other physical and virtual devices.

3 Loading and removal of Linux appliances.

4 Providing remote support of Windows servers.

5 Providing 3rd level support of Microsoft Exchange mail serves.

6 Providing 3rd level support of HP Openmail.

7 Providing 3rd level support of HPDesk mail servers.

8 Writing HP COBAL programs in support of HPDesk.

9 Working on and running efforts to update versions of all 3 mail systems.

10. Attending 4 month training program for programmers at State Farm insurance.
