  • Responsible for overall Emergency Management of the resort. Reviews and approves all written incident reports and serves as the medical and safety officer for the resort ensuring compliance with state and federal safety standards.
  • Manages and schedules a 24/7 Security Department. Provides training to staff in CPR/AED & First Aid, patrol/surveillance techniques, interview & interrogation techniques, de-escalation techniques and report writing.
  • Handles insurance claims for the resort and recommends safeguards to minimize liability. Conducts needs assessments and worked closely with leaders to correct problems and implement improvements.
