Reporting to the Division of Management Services Administrator, I oversee the Department's training programs, including pre-service officers, Agent Basic Training, and staff development at the Corrections Training Center.

I work closely with executive management to support decision-making in staff development, provide policy recommendations, and chair the Training Advisory Group to define training needs and priorities.
